A customer may request that their account be frozen or 'inactivated', however, existing data is retained to prevent fraud in the future. An account may be inactivated after unauthorized or fraudulent use. Use of the account will be prohibited and no further email or correspondence would result.
We will not reveal customer information to any external organization unless we have previously informed the customer in disclosures or agreements, have been authorized by the customer, or are required by law.
